If you have an interest in fashion, quality and green living, you may be a good candidate to join our team!  We are looking for a few employees that will be working 32-40 hours per week, 11:30-7:30 shifts including one weekend day. 

We work hard, but we have fun. 


It is important that you

  • be very personable,
  • be able and willing to lift 50 lbs,
  • do a flight of stairs several times per day
  • be able to accomplish a list of goals with little supervision

Stylist (consignment intakes specialist)

Applicants must

  • Know fashion trends
  • Know quality
  • Enjoy interaction with people
  • Work 40 hours per week (4x10 or 5x8)
  • Be able to say “no” with a smile
  • Have good eyesight

Duties will include:

  • Assessing items submitted by consignors for quality, condition and demand
  • Keeping current with trends
  • Assuring that consignors understand our mission and policies

This is arguably the toughest and most rewarding job at M&C.  If you think you’ve got what it takes, we’d love to meet you.


Fashion Pricing (data entry)

Applicants must

  • Know fashion trends
  • Know quality
  • Have good eye sight
  • Type 50+wpm accurately
  • Be able to sit for the majority of an 8 hour day
  • Be adaptable to working as cashier or on the sales floor, as needed

Duties will include

  • Entering description of each consignment item into computer program
  • Using guidelines and your shopping experience to price each item

This position requires knowledge of quality and prices, and an ability to use our guidelines for consistency, but be flexible when exceptions occur.


Customer Service

Applicants must

  • Enjoy interaction with people
  • Have customer service experience
  • Multitask with a smile
  • Have telephone, email and social media skills and experience

Duties will include:

  • Communicating with customers and consignors in the shop, on the telephone, and via email and social media
  • working in the shop, as cashier, or dressing room attendant or hanging clothing

This position is great for someone with awesome people skills who likes variety in daily routine.
